Craig Baldwin is a leading figure of the independent West Coast film scene, an expert on Found Footage and Cultural Jamming, running his own cinema and film archive in San Francisco, and making films for 20 years, amongst them ‹Tribulation 99›, ‹Spectres of the Spectrum›, and ‹Sonic Outlaws› about the avant-garde music group ‹Negativland› which will also be shown at the biennial.
